In 1999, in celebration of the new millennium, the El Dorado 25 years old was introduced. A limited edition of 3,000 bottles was produced specially for Collectors and Connoisseurs of fine spirits. The El Dorado 25 years old Demerara Millennium Rum is attractively packaged in a very special decanter, and, in a black, gold embossed cylindrical container. This very smooth, mellow, characterful, Scotch like rum was aged in oak casks for 25 years. At a price of US $200 per bottle, this Millennium rum is a “steal” for the Connoisseurs of good spirits.
