El Dorado Superior White
The raw material for El Dorado White is molasses, a residual from refined sugar production. Since the goal is to get the sugar as clean as possible, all flavours will from the sugar canes will be concentrated in the molasses. This process together with the gentle distillation in ancient pot stills, is the explanation why even this non-matured, light El Dorado is so full of flavours.
